Results for a given round will appear on Tuesday following the regularly scheduled week for administering the tests. The standings will update on an ongoing basis as coaches continue to enter individual scores. The complete schedule for the year appears on the Information page. For those interested in past performances, the overall standings for the 2004-05, 2005-06, and 2006-07 Mandelbrot Competition are available below.

Competition
We applaud all the students and teams that earned a spot in the final rankings. The top fifteen (or more) students within each league have received two decks of Mandelbrot playing cards with which to celebrate their excellent performance, and the top three teams each garnered an engraved plaque. We hope that everyone enjoyed the mathematics this year!

Congratulations to all students and schools that made the rankings! And hats off to the fifty-five individuals appearing in the official final results. In an unprecedented move, we decided to declare at least the top eighteen contestants in each league as Mandelbrot prize winners, each of whom will garner one of our newly retouched limited edition T-shirts.

The official overall individual standings are now online. Congratulations to all contestants who appear on these pages! Special recognition is extended to this year's Mandelbrot Winners (the top fourteen plus ties in each league), who each receive a custom designed Mandelbrot Frisbee. Prizes will be mailed out next week, by April 15. Overall team standings have also now been compiled. We will continue to update these pages throughout April as we receive late papers or score updates from coaches.
